PROJECTS OF IRIS ARTS
Iris Arts has practiced the give-away since the mid 1990's with socially relevant projects. Below are categories for some of the digital media projects Iris Arts has created for non-profit organizations: websites, movies, book designs, logos, brochures, posters, and general branding tasks for many of our projects.
Our current focus is designing digital media products for projects that contribute to strengthening the social fabric; and to act as fiscal support for a few select projects.
A 9-minute animation produced in English and Spanish reflecting the essence of the AfroCuban Yoruba Creation Myth brought to Cuba by enslaved people who practiced the Yoruba religion in West Africa. All images in the animation are from 30 paintings of Yoruba Orishas (gods and goddesses) painted by the well-known Afro-Cuban artist Victor Moro who lives in Havana.
